Soheir Farag Swimming Academy
A bilingual swimming-academy website I initiated myself, then designed, built, launched and continue to maintain in English and Arabic.
There was no brief. I saw an opportunity and made it visible first.
I already knew the swimming academy and felt its online presence could represent the business much better. Instead of waiting for the owner to ask for a website, I designed an initial homepage concept and sent her a working staging link. She loved the direction, which turned the idea into a real project. We then met to define what the academy actually needed and I used that conversation to plan the full site structure.

I treated English and Arabic as two real experiences, not one layout with translated text.
I recommended the information architecture, designed every page, and built the entire website in Framer, including implementation, hosting, launch and domain connection. Because the audience uses both English and Arabic, RTL behavior shaped the design from the start: navigation, alignment, content flow and composition adapt with the reading direction while the brand stays consistent.
A self-initiated concept became a live business website I still maintain.
The finished site gave the academy a more complete and professional home online, and I continue to support it after launch. The project taught me something beyond interface design: initiative can be part of the service. Sometimes the best first step is not asking a client what they want, but showing them a possibility they had not pictured yet.
